Shelly Bypass for 1L/2L Gen3 is an accessory for compatible no-neutral LED installations using Shelly 1L Gen3 or Shelly 2L Gen3. Shelly documents it for operation without a neutral wire at 240 V AC, 50 Hz; whether it is needed depends on the connected load, because the 1L/2L guidance treats suitable incandescent loads differently. It connects at the light source in parallel with the load and is designed for retrofit installations where space is limited. Shelly specifies a 240 V AC supply, less than 4 W consumption, and a compact 39 × 23 × 13 mm body excluding its wires. Verify compatibility and wiring before installation. Have a qualified electrician install mains-connected equipment.
