Returns Policy

Change of Mind

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for products that are unopened and in their original packaging. A restocking fee may apply. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. All products carry full manufacturer warranty.

How to Return

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the product back in its original packaging.
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.

Australian Consumer Law

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
