By accessing or purchasing from shiretechnology.com.au, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Shire Technology reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Products & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
- We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. If an error is discovered after an order is placed, we will contact you before processing.
- Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.
- All products are genuine Australian stock sourced through authorised distributors and carry full manufacturer warranty.
3. Orders & Payment
- An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
- You must provide accurate billing and shipping information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days. Express Post is typically 1–3 business days to metro areas.
- Free standard shipping applies to orders over $199. Otherwise, a flat rate of $14.95 applies.
- Free local pickup is available from 26 Meta St, Caringbah NSW 2229 during business hours (Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM).
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.Shire Technology is not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our full returns policy is available on the Returns page. Key points:
- Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days for unopened products in original packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
- Faulty products are covered under manufacturer warranty. Contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
- Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
6. Warranty
All products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty claims should be directed to Shire Technology in the first instance — we will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Shire Technology or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shire Technology is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
