The Synology DiskStation DS925neo+ is a four-bay desktop NAS enclosure for centralised files, backup, collaboration and surveillance through Synology DiskStation Manager. This neo+ configuration includes 4 GB of DDR4 non-ECC SODIMM memory and uses an AMD Ryzen V1500B 4-core, 8-thread processor at 2.2 GHz. Two 2.5GbE RJ-45 ports provide network connectivity, and two M.2 2280 NVMe slots support compatible SSD cache. A DX525 expansion unit can increase the system to nine drive bays. The supplied memory is non-ECC DDR4. This is a diskless enclosure: compatible 3.5-inch SATA HDDs, 2.5-inch SATA SSDs and optional NVMe devices are sold separately.
