The UniFi Cloud Gateway Fiber is a desktop 10G gateway for UniFi deployments that need high-speed WAN and LAN connectivity with integrated device management. It runs the full UniFi application suite and is specified to manage more than 50 UniFi devices and 500 or more clients. Its quoted IDS/IPS routing throughput is 5 Gbps, providing a reference for planning inspected traffic.
The gateway includes a 10G SFP+ WAN port, a 10 GbE RJ45 WAN port, and a 10G SFP+ LAN port. An integrated four-port switch includes one PoE+ port for a compatible powered device. An NVMe SSD slot supports selectable NVR storage, but the SSD is not included and third-party installation requires the tray accessory.
Use the Cloud Gateway Fiber where the switching, WAN handoff, and storage plan match the site. Port speeds describe link capabilities; internet performance depends on the service, traffic policies, cabling, and connected equipment. Confirm the PoE budget, SFP module or fibre requirements, NVMe accessory needs, rack or desktop placement, and application storage requirements before installation. Manage the appliance through UniFi OS and UniFi Network.
