The Ubiquiti UniFi Access G3 Reader in white is a compact third-generation reader for managed entry and exit points. It supports unlocking with an NFC card, the UniFi Identity mobile app or Touch Pass, and hand-wave unlocking can be used as a request-to-exit action where configured. The reader can also provide entry and exit greeting messages for a more guided door experience.
UA-G3-W connects to a compatible UniFi Access Hub using PoE and requires a supported UniFi Access controller for configuration and credential management. It is a reader accessory rather than a complete door kit, so the hub, lock, exit device, controller, cabling and console are separate requirements. The reader is IP55-rated for weather resistance and specified for operation from -30 to 45°C. Confirm the chosen hub, mounting arrangement, reader side, network connection and door hardware compatibility with the installer before deployment. This listing is for the white reader only.
