The Ubiquiti UniFi Access Intercom Viewer is a 5-inch touch display designed to pair with a compatible Access Intercom. It provides an instant live view for visitor screening, two-way audio for conversation and a touchscreen interface for responding to entry requests. Multiple viewers can be mounted in suitable locations throughout a building, helping staff or residents answer the door from more than one position.
The viewer is an accessory display and cannot manage a door by itself. It requires a compatible UniFi Access Intercom, a PoE switch for connection and power, and a supported UniFi Access hub and controller for the wider access system. Door locks, readers, intercom terminals, cabling and console hardware are separate items. Confirm the viewer's supported intercom models, network design, mounting location and controller compatibility before installation. The supplied product is the display unit only, so the installer should verify the complete visitor entry workflow and door hardware requirements.
